● The original Research Grade plasmid DNA combines "Predominantly supercoil" with “Low endotoxin" endotoxin level. The original Industrial Grade plasmid DNA combines "≥80%" supercoil level with "≤0.01 EU/µg" endotoxin level. And the original Pre-clinical Grade plasmid DNA combines "≥90%" supercoil level with "≤0.01 EU/µg" endotoxin level.
● Predominately supercoiled: While we do not guarantee a specific supercoil content, our quality assessment protocol includes agarose gel analysis to evaluate the supercoiled ratio. According to our internal data, over 80% of the plasmids prepared by the GenScript platform have a supercoiled DNA content of 80% or higher.
● Low endotoxin: While we do not guarantee a specific endotoxin level, according to our internal data, over 95% of the plasmids prepared by the GenScript platform achieve an endotoxin level of 0.1 EU/µg or lower.
